I have been using Sparkling Clean Maid service for a couple of months and I am extremely pleased with their service and attention to detail!

Stellar. Our house is now sparkling clean! Olya and her team did a phenomenal deep clean of our house. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate when I reached out to get a quote and schedule the service. A true professional: super detailed oriented, capable, and hard working. She was able to return our glass shower doors to almost brand new! The team scrubbed every corner of the bathrooms and cleaned all the woodwork around the house, which I usually dust but have never been able to clean like she did. I will definitely have her over for a regular house cleaning and for periodical deep cleaning.

Olya, and her crew did an amazing job in our house recently. We've had several different cleaning crews in through the years, but she went above and beyond what we've ever had before. The attention to detail was amazing and the end result was beautiful. She was highly responsive via text, which was helpful. Also, I am allergic to a lot of the strongly smelling cleaning products. Their products are not overly perfumed, which I really appreciate. We will have them back!

I just purchased a new condominium, and although in good shape, wanted it cleaned from top to bottom. Olya was very easy to communicate with, and her team did a fabulous job. They cleaned away dirt no one would have otherwise seen. They were efficient, thorough and quick. Great job! Note that the team would not take cash, so I paid via Zelle.

I recently moved from Charlotte to Canada. Last second I decided to get my house cleaned and I messaged a lot of companies! Very few responded and very few were upfront and not trying to scam me. This company was amazing! The Owner Olya was super communicative and friendly. She had a crew of 4 ladies who showed up and they made the house sparkle. The actual price was not far off from the estimate. Just a $40 difference. They were very quick and very sweet. Moving is such a stressful time and I'm glad they were able to help and be so calming! I think it's great when businesses respond accordingly and don't mess around. I know the cleaning business is not easy and people in general are dirty and not friendly... But I'm a clean person and made sure to be very upfront about what they were walking in to. They were wonderful. For all of my friends who live in Charlotte, I will continue to share their info with anyone who asks. Great team and great owner! Keep up the great work gals!

Had an amazing experience with Sparkling Clean. I reached out to a few places to get a quote - the ask was kind of complex and hard to explain so I was immediately comforted when she asked to come out so she could give a realistic quote. It was a very fair price so we asked to book and she was able to get us in really quickly given it was in the middle of the holiday season (fit us in before x-mas!!). Oh my gosh people the house is indeed sparkling clean and the team went above and beyond! They cleaned things I didn't even know were dirty until they were done! They cleaned things I didn't even know existed!! We are so happy we're working with them to setup regular cleanings. You will not regret working with them on your cleaning needs.

These ladies were on time and they scrubbed and polished every inch of my apartment. I needed a total cleaning and they did not disappoint! I would have them come regularly but sadly they don't usually service my area.
